Once a Proper Notification is Received
Moosa Learning Hub’s policy is to:
- Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
- Notify the content provider, member, or user that the material has been removed or disabled.
- In the case of repeat offenders, remove the infringing material and terminate the user’s access to our services.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice including the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the content provider, member, or user.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to error or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email (if available), along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court in your district (or if outside the United States, in any district where Moosa Learning Hub is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice of alleged infringement.
If a counter-notice is received, Moosa Learning Hub may send a copy to the original complaining party. Unless the copyright owner files a legal action seeking a court order, the removed material may be restored within 10 to 14 business days or more, at our discretion.
